Can i give nda exam and get into airforce if i have maths as compulsory subject in 12th but not physics plzz tell

NDA is National Defence Academy. It is conducted by UPSC. The eligibility to apply for the examination is that candidate must have passed std 12th with PCM as main paper.

The age limit is 16.5-19.5 years. So, candidates without physics are not eligible to apply for the examination.

For those wanting to join Indian Air Force after 12th as 'OFFICERS': This is through the NDA & NA exam if you want to join Indian Air Force after 12th and this is for only those male candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics and Math as their compulsory.

Having not opted for Physics in your Class 12th, you are not eligible for joining NDA (National Defense Academy) to join Indian Air force wing of NDA as to join Indian Air force wing of NDA, you are required to have Mathematics and Physics as main subjects.

But, you can join as an Airman Y-Group after completion of your Class 12th even without Physics.

science , commerce as well as arts students can give nda exam but only science students who have physics, chemistry and mathematics in their 12 th class can appear for Navy and Air force also.

Can I get into Airforce if don't have studied Physics?

The eligibility criteria of atleast 60% marks in both Physics and Maths is only for flying branch of IAF. Maths is not compulsory during graduation to apply for CDSE or AFCAT, but Maths must be as a compulsory subject in (10+2) to apply for CDSE for Air Force and AFCAT for Technical as well as Flying branch.
