No sorry its not possible to get NIT warangle on 10000-11000 state rank.But you will get other NITS very well as NIT Jalandhar,jaipur,ranchi etc.

No its not possible to get seat in nit warangle on this state rank.But you can seat in nit jalandhar,jaipur.MNIT can also be tried.

NIT Warangal is far from your reach. You should have a rank of 10000 or less in all india to get into NIT Warangal.
State rank of 10000 cannot fetch you NIT Warangal.
It is difficult for you to get NIT's because your rank in All India will be in lakhs...
So you shoould try for Private colleges instead of NIT's.
There are a lot of private colleges that give proper placement too...

As your rank is 10,000- 11,000(state rank), which is not a good rank. So you can't get a seat in top NITs like NIT Warangal etc.

Its better that you opt some other private colleges or try next time..
