If you have completed graduation degree from a recognized university then you are eligible for SSC LDC exam.

Yes you are eligible for writing SSC after intermediate also but with recognized university. After 12th also you are eligible for various posts.
Age criteria should be not less than 18 years and upto 28 years.
Age relaxation:-
For OBC candidates 3 years relaxation.
For sc/st candidates 5 years relaxation.
For physically handicapped candidates 10 years relaxation.

I have a question that for being a lower division clerk so we need any subject related to maths

Ssc- - staff services commission conducts different exams for different posts.
It recruits candidates to the group B ,C services.
Ssc conducts the following examination namely,

Ssc- MTS,
Ssc- CHSL,
Ssc-CGL

Amongst the examination mentioned above ,CGL is applicable for graduates of any stream .
Chsl and Mts requires 10+ 2 level marksheet in any stream.
As you have already completed your 12 with 93 percent marks you are eligible for the first two options .
You need to wait till you complete your graduation for the ssc- CGL examination.

Yes, you are eligible for the SSC exam. Any branch or stream student can apply for the SSC exam.
For certain exam, if their condition for the Education level or Certain subject, then one has to check and then they had to applied for the exam.

The minimum educational qualification required to apply for SSC CGL exam is Graduation in any stream.
Even if you are in the final year of your graduation, you can apply for the SSC CGL exam.
