i am a nepalese and i have passsed class 10th, 6 years ago. now i want to join diploma. can i join?

Hi
For doing diploma in any stream the minimum criteria is the candidate should have +2 from any recognized university or board
So you have to first clear your +2 may be as an individual candidate or through correspondence and then you could get admission into diploma course.!!
