HI!
After passing 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Maths you are eligible for I.A.F.

If you are form other stream you can join Indian Army.
For those you have to qualify the National Defence Academy.

N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.
In month of and April and August.
Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass 12th with recognized university
> Age limit:-16.5-19 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit

There are three steep of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

yes you can go for IAF school if you have done 12th with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths as the subjects in senior).

How To Join IAF after 12th

To join the Indian Air Force(IAF) you can appear for the NDA(National Defence Academy) which is conducted every year by the UPSC every year in the months of April and August..

Candidate must have following eligibility criterion for appearing for the NDA Exam :-

> you must be ab unmarried male..

> you must be within the age limit of 16.5-19 years..

> you must also have completed 12th from a recognized board with Physics and Maths for IAF..

Note:- There is no percentage restriction and you can appear for NDA as long as your age permits..

You need to clear the following rounds for getting selected :-

>> Written Exam
>> SSB Interview
>> Medical Exam

Written Exam shall consist of 2 parts :-

>> General Ability Test
>> Maths

I am sorry to say this, but you are not eligible for the IAF (INDIAN AIR FORCE), because, you have scored just 51% in 10+2 standard. As the minimum educational requirement for this examination is a 10+2 degree from the recognized board.
A candidates who want to apply for the IAF, after 12th, there is a examination, commonly known as NDA (NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY)..
This NDA examination is conducted by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (UPSC) every year.
Through this examination one can apply for the INDIAN AIR FORCE (IAF), NAVAL ACADEMY (NA) & INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY (IMA) .
As you are IAF or NA , aspirant, so you must have to score at least 60% in 12th with the subject physics & maths .

Otherwise , you can only apply for the IMA, As you can..

The age limit for this examination is 16.5-19 years,..

You must have Indian nationality.

You must be a unmarried MALE..

If you want to join Indian airforce after passing class 12th, than you have to appear in the UPSC conducred NDA exams.
This exam is conducted two times in a year.

Education:
12th pass for the Army wing
12th pass with Phy and Maths as subjects for the Airforce and Navy wing

Age- Minimum 16.5 years
Maximum 19 years

Next NDA exams will be held on 11th August 2013
Notification will come out on 4th May 2013

If you meet the above eligibilty, than you can apply for the next NDA exams
