Sir, I had passed 12th with Arts stream. Now, I am in BA 1st year. Can I do 12th from Science stream with subject combination of PCM while continuing my BA as a private candidate?

You can definitely register for senior secondary board examination from science stream after pursuing 12th from Arts Stream.

For this, you will have to register for board exam again in 11th standard. Then you after selection of subjects, you can apply for board exams.

You can appear for NIOS also for 12th science stream exams.

Yes, that will be possible through distance mode of education. You can take an intermediate science course from distance board. Make sure that you have scored minimum 50% in 10th standard.
IGNOU , NSOU are such distance board which are providing intermediate science courses.
