I am about to complete my executive level in dec2012 so can i work in any company as company secretary after completing my executive level ?or it is only possible after completing Professional level only?

No, you can not work as a company secretary in any organization after completing executive level of this course. There are three stages of this course as per ICSI which every candidate needs to complete in order to become Company Secretary.

You should complete Executive and Professional stages of this course then only a candidate can become CS in any company after training.

Yes, it is important to Complete Final level as after completing of Final level you will get membership. After getting membership, you can only be appointed as company Secretary in the Company.
