Can I write TET paper 2 after BA in Tamil and Tamil Pandit course?

Sir, I have completed BA in Tamil followed by Tamil Pandit course. So, now am I eligible for TET paper 2? If yes, then let me know when and how to apply for it? What is the entrance syllabus and exam pattern of TET paper 2?
