i have not registered for the cs foundation course this year , if i register now for the cs foundation course ,then can i give the attempt of december this year itself...???

The last date to register for the Foundation Program of Company Secretary Course, in order to appear in the examination to be conducted in the month of December 2012, was 31-03-2012.

Since the last date has expired, you will be not considered eligible to write the December 2012 examination.
If you register for the Foundation Program of Company Secretary course now, you will be able to appear for the term end examination to be conducted in the month of June 2013.
The last date to register for the June 2013 term end examination of Foundation Program is 30-09-2012.

If you wish to appear the CS Foundation Course examination which will be conducted in
June 2013 then you should complete registration for the course before 30th September of
this year.

It is already 14th now so, I would suggest you to register as soon as possible.

You can purchase the prospectus of the course from any of offices of ICSI.

You can also get it through post by sending the payment in the form of D.D. to the ICSI council.
