CBSE Sample Question Papers can be downloaded via CBSE Official site i.e. http://cbse.nic.in/welcome.htm.
Firstly, open this site and click on Examinations link on the right side and after that click on "Model Answers of AISSE/AISSCE 2011". From here, you can get Sample Papers for Class 10.

However, there is another good site to download CBSE Sample Papers for Class 10th, i.e. http://www.cbseguess.com/papers/sample_papers/. You can download many Sample Papers for Class 10 from here.

Another site is cbse.learnhub.com. It also provides Online tests as well as Practice Papers so that you can perform well in Board Exams.
