Chances of getting IIT and NIT after scoring 4527 in GATE Mechanical with 95.9 percentile


my rank im mech gate 2012 is 4527 my percentile is 95.9 i am obc and minority (muslim) my mark is 43.67 what are my chances of getting iit and nits

my gate score in mechanical engineering is 436 and my percentile is 96.46. can i get admission in nit with thermal engineering?
