The Chartered Accountancy course is offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and to become one of the associate member of the institute and qualify as an Chartered Accountant, you will need to qualify all the exams and complete all the training prescribed by ICAI.
Since the course is conducted and regulated by the ICAI, there are few colleges which offers the course under the guidelines of ICAI.

CA stands for Charted Accountant

This is a professional course and it is formed by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)

For doing this course you need to write the CPT Exam(Common Proficiency Test)

It is a test of four subjects

>> Accounting,
>> Mercantile Laws,
>> General Economics and
>> Quantitative Aptitude

The duration of the test is 2 hours and it is for 200 marks.
