that means i want to know which course should i take to get a job of salary 1 lakh or more than that per month.please let me know it.

Salary packages depend on job profile and the organization you have selected for work. It is nothing to do with the branch of study. Any stream of engineering can offer lucrative salary packages, provided you must be competent/ skillful enough. Aeronautical engineering, marine engineering, etc can be considered as some of the streams in engineering that offer higher salary packages. Nanotechnology, biomedical engineering, Biotechnology, etc can be selected in B.tech.
