which course should i do to be a lecturer in good college in commerce field. i m an under graduate.

With a commerce background you can pursue B. Com followed by M. Com & give UGC NET for LS i.e. National Eligibility Test for lecturership to pursue your career as a lecturer. You can simultaneously prepare for SLET exams too which is of state level. Here is a link which provides more details of the same exam.

You can also pursue PhD program in a reowned institute & join as a lecturer in a good college.

Do B.com then go for M.com then you can go for PHD if interested then you are required to do either M.ed or take NET certificate under UGC to become a lecturer for which you are required to clear the exam of UGC for the same.
