it very less marks to get admissions but u can get bsc in any low grade colleges very easily

my jee marks is 50 and board 65% so which college is give me admition for cse branch..

The percentage you have secured is very less and the cut-off of the universities you have mentioned is high. So, admission is not possible. The course which you could apply with this percentage is B.A. And some of the good universities which offer this course are: VIT, Lovely Professional University (LPU), PU, Osmaina........
Otherwise you could take admission in diploma(engg. course) on basis of 10th marks in these universities. Check their website for detailed info. regarding eligibility criteria for various courses and admission process.

if you can study better you can choose science but you should think about you rfuture and select some times poly or commerce is better for you

how could it be decided by anyone else as with such low percentage you cant dream with DU OR IP UNIVERSITY
