Criteria to join government colleges for MCA through JECA examination?

I had passed in 12th from Arts stream but I anyhow I got admission in BCA and I have completed the BCA degree now. Can I get admission in government colleges for MCA through JECA (West Bengal Joint Examination for Masters in Computer Applications)?
