Drug Inspector exams are conducted by mostly by all state government for their states so i suggest you to keep checking UPSC websites that is www.upse.nic.in and they qualifications are:-

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
A candidate must have hold a degree in Pharmacy of Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine with specialisation in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a University established in India by law.
No person who has any financial interest in the import/manufacture of sale or drugs and cosmetics shall be appointed as an Inspector, under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1945.

AGE : A candidate must be under 32 years and above 21 years of age.

Yes, B.Phram student are eligible for DRUG INSPECTOR EXAM.

Drug Inspector exams are conducted by mostly by all state government for their states.

The eligibility criteria for this exam is given below.

You must have completed degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a recognized University or equivalent.

Also you have 3 years' experience in the manufacture or testing of Biological .

Your age must be above 18 years.Your maximum age must be below 32 years.

Drug inspector exam is conducted by both state government i.e, through exam conducted by PSC board.It is even conducted by UPSC board.

The notifications regarding Drug inspector is notified by both through UPSC and PSC board.

The application and other details will be available in the weekly journal "Employment News.

You are eligible for the post if you are graduate in B.pharmacy or equivalent coerces. However to qualify for this post it is must that you must have atleast 3 years of relevant experience.
You need to have experience in the field of drug manufacturing and testing.
Also there is a minimum age requirement of 21 years and also a maximum limit of 32 years.
You will need to appear for UPSC exam.
On qualifying you will be eligible to work only in the state you have qualify the exam.

implications including matters of every day observation and experience, as may be
expected of a well-educated person who has not made a special study of any scientific
discipline.
2. Current events of national and international importance.
3. History of India – emphasis will be on broad general understanding of the subject in its
social, economic, cultural and political aspects with a focus on AP Indian National
Movement.
4. World Geography and Geography of India with a focus on AP.
5. Indian polity and Economy – including the country’s political system- rural development
– Planning and economic reforms in India.
6. Mental ability – reasoning and inferences
