they didn't conduct the improvement exams why because B.tech is a proffetional
course so if we conduct improvement .the B.Tech value will be decrease .if
you write the letter for ptu thy will add the 1 or 2 persenrage

Please anyone tell me again how to increase 0.3% only.I am not eligible for any other exam except isro and railways.i just need 65% instead of 64.7%.Plesae forumstaffone tell me that.
