As i am BiPc in inter i have taken my BCA in Degree.Right now i am doing my BCA Final year in JKC College. And i have the maths subject in my BCA for 2years.So i want to know the details of the MCA In VIT

You have to pass the qualifying examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate for the MCA.

You should have a good academic record of the 10th and 12th standard which is essential in it.

If you are giving Final years exams in April or May, 2011 you can apply.

For It qualification is BCA/BSc(Computer Science)/Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics/Statistics/Business Mathematics as well as Mathematics in Class 12th

The eligibility for the entrance exam of VIT are:

1.You should have graduated with a full-time degree from any recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 60% for MCA and 50% for M.Tech. degree programmes.
2.Consistent Record in X Std. and XII Std. is required.
3.You appearing for their final degree exam / final semester exam in the April / May are also eligible to apply.

If you have fulfilled with these eligibility criterias , then you can apply for it.




Candidates should have completed their final Semester/year exams before the selection interview at VIT University.
It is compulsory for candidates selected to produce their final year marks’ statement and Provisional degree certificate before August 15 th failing which, their admission will stand cancelled.

i have done my 10 2 with science background(physics,chemistry,mathematics),i got 53 in chemistry,58 in physics and 42 marks in mathematics in 10 2, and now doing b.com(final year), can i eligible for MCA ? i have also two diplomas of 1 year in computer field. plz guide me !

In 12th standard I have not mathematics but computer application as a subject.Now I am continuing my BCA degree from West Bengal University of Technology full time.But I am now confuesd about my MCA degree.Can I get it from VIT?or Can I have a good feature in MCA

i have 55% marks in 10th and 59% marks in 12th . am i eligible for an entrance of vit.

Hello Sir,
1) I scored 60.13 in 10th
2) Scored 57.63 in 12th
3) In my Semester 5 (of my BSC-IT) I failed in SQL. I gave a ATKT examination, the results are not out yet.
4) Appeared for my Semester 6 Exam. Waiting for results to come out.

I want to know whether am I eligible for MCA admission or not ?

Vit is the one of the most famous colleeg of India their are some criteria to follow before taken admission in MCA in this college .

Qualification : minimum Bechlor degree
Should clear the entrance exam conducted by the college .

10+2=56%
bca=65%
