I have completed my graduation from a college not approved by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). So, can I apply for ICAR Junior Research Fellow (JRF)?

Eligibility criteria for ICAR Junior Research Fellowship :
1)Those candidates having their Bachelor’s Degree in the concerned field under 10+2+4 or 10+2+3 are eligible to apply for admission.
2)Candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks or an overall grade points average (OGPA) equivalent to 60% marks as certified by the Registrar of the University
If you fulfill criteria as icar JRF then you can apply for it
