Eligibility to apply for UGC NET in Yoga? Syllabus and exam pattern?

Sir, I have done M.Ed. and one of the major subject in M.Ed was Yogagic Science. So can I appear for UGC NET in Yoga? Also, provide syllabus and exam pattern details. Share sample model papers as well.

Default Re: Eligibility to apply for UGC NET in Yoga? Syllabus and exam pattern?

For appearing in the UGC NET in Yoga, you are required to have completed your Master's degree in Yoga or a relevant stream from a recognized university. Also, your aggregate in the qualifying degree should be at least 55% or 50% (in case you belong to the reserved category).

So, having just one paper of Yoga in your M.Ed. degree course, it is difficult that your degree will be valid for appearing in UGC NET with Yoga as an optional paper.

Further, for complete details regarding the syllabus and examination pattern of the same examination, you can refer to the link https://www.ugc.gov.in/net/syllabus.aspx and https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in/.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
