Yes, there are many MNCs which look at your skills and experience and not on percentage and academic records.

There are many MNCs like Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, etc. that demand more than 60% marks in 10th, 12th, graduation to be eligible for their recruitment.

But there are many other MNCs, who don't demand any percentage from candidates. They just need appropriate knowledge in technologies or working experience. So, you can try in those companies to become Software Engineer.

To become a Software Engineer in any MNC after completion of your B.E course with 59.22% aggregate marks from a Government recognised university, you have to participate in the off-campus drives conducted by the various MNCs. Most of the MNCs allows the candidates to participate in the recruitment process only if the candidate has secured at least 60% aggregate marks throughout studies. You have to check the required eligibility criteria to apply for job before attending the interview process.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
