i want to know about the eligibility criteria for hcl?
and what they ar exepecting from us?

Eligibility is to maintain aggregate of 65% through out your career..

you should be in aggregate og 65% through out your career.

HCL person set some criteria for placement exam which one mush have to fulfill, if he want to work with him. Eligibility for HCL is given below as following

Eligibility
-> Graduation degree from any recognized university in engineering.

-> Min. 60% marks in X, XII and Graduation.

-> No. Backlogs.

-> Not involve in any ragging activities in past

-> Max. of 2 year gap is allowed.

Recruitment pattern of HCL
-> Written exam

-> Group discussion

-> Technical interview

-> HR interview

is hcl conduct direct interview for 8 pointers in UG ?

can a candidate with one arrear are allowed to attend ?

i want to know about those who have got 59% in graduation then ur answer

i have above 60% in 10th , UG , PG except 12th am i eligible for HCL.....plz help me out........

I HAVE DONE 12 IN 20004 WITH BIOLOGY ,LATER I PASSED MATH IN YEAR 2008,AND WILL BE COMPLETING MY B.TECH IN YEAR 2012.AM I ELLIGIBLE FOR HCL???

HCL is the top most MNC company.So they have a placement criteria.

The criteria of HCL is given below:-

1)Candidate must be score at least 65% in through out career.
2)Pending Backlog are not allowed.
3)Maximum 2 year gap are allowed.

The Selection process for HCL:-

1)Aptitude Test.
2)Technical Test
3)Personal Interview.

im pursuing bca im in final year now... i did my 10th and 12th in KV(central board)and i have 78% in 10th and 84%each in my 4 sems, but in 12th i scored only 57%... am i eligible inspite of having 57% in my 12th(CBSE)...?

Eligible Criteria for HCL Ltd. ::

* candidate must have 60% throughout its carrier.
* any backlogs will not be a candidate's carrier.
* more than 2 years carrier gap will not be acceptable.
* any criminal offence is pending to you or not.

Basically they expect from the student is that :

* must have well disciplined.
* must have very good communication skills.
* must have soft skills.
* must have very good attitude. etc.

Procedure :

there are mainly three steps for HCL Ltd.. These are :

1. Online Aptitude Test.
2. Technical Interview.
3. HR interview.

2.You should not have any pending backlogs

2.Candidate must have secure 60% aggregate through out the career.

As HCL is a software based company, then you must have good knowledge in programing language..

i hav 63.8% in B.E and 10th 79% and diploma 72% so..... can i get job in hcl

Maximum gap is 2years allowed.
