ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR HCL Dear, HCL person set some criteria for placement exam which one mush have to fulfill, if he want to work with him. Eligibility for HCL is given below as following Eligibility -> Graduation degree from any recognized university in engineering. -> Min. 60% marks in X, XII and Graduation. -> No. Backlogs. -> Not involve in any ragging activities in past -> Max. of 2 year gap is allowed. Recruitment pattern of HCL -> Written exam -> Group discussion -> Technical interview -> HR interview GOOD LUCK |

im pursuing bca im in final year now... i did my 10th and 12th in KV(central board)and i have 78% in 10th and 84%each in my 4 sems, but in 12th i scored only 57%... am i eligible inspite of having 57% in my 12th(CBSE)...?

Dear friend, If you are interested in HCL Then you will have to fulfill these criteria below : 1.You should have minimum 55% marks throughout your academic career 2.You should not have any pending backlogs 3.There should not be study gap more than 2 years |

Eligibility for HCL company:- 1.candidate must have complete the BE/B.tech course in streams like- Electronics/Computer science/IT/Electrical.. 2.Candidate must have secure 60% aggregate through out the career. 3.Candidate must not have any pending backlogs during graduation. 4.Candidate must not have any study gap more than 2 years. These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill. As HCL is a software based company, then you must have good knowledge in programing language.. Beside this you have to be good in soft skills like- 1.Personality 2.Attitude 3.Speaking English 4.Politeness 5.Presents of mind. These are very much important skills to get a job. So, try to build these factors in you. All the best. |

Eligibility criteria to apply in HCL: Those candidate have must 60% markss in 10th, 12th and b.tech or equivalent degree. Maximum gap is 2years allowed. There are no pending backlogs for the candidate. The candidate must have good communication skills. Selection procedure: Written exam Group discussion Technical interview HR interview All the best. |
