I have completed my graduation with Social Science, Philosophy and Elective Punjabi. Can I apply for Social Science Teacher through Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)?

Eligibility criteria for TGT in Social Science:-

You should have completed graduation with minimum 50% of marks from the recognised University.
Below are the subjects, from these you should have studied any of the subjects during your academic career
Political Science
Economics
Geography
Sociology
Psychology.

The eligibility criteria for Trained Graduate Teacher in Social Science:

1. You must have done bachelor's degree from a recognized university with social science as one of the compulsory subjects.

2. Bachelor's degree in education qualification is also necessary.

3. You must have minimum of 50% marks in bachelor's degree to apply for TGT in Social science.
