For p.hd 1 master degree must ,which you cimpleted already after that exam conducted by nta = net exam
In net 2 conditions only net or jrf
If you get high marks and rewarded for jrf you can take admission in p.hd with in 2 years

If you can then do m.phil

If you need direct p.hd admission
