Hi, could anybody please tell me about the entrance exam one needs to write for the post of Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL)? When and how to apply for the entrance? Please, provide official website link.

UPPCL Eligibility Criteria is mainly split into – Age Criteria & Educational Qualifications. Get to know about both of them in detail by reading further.

Age Limit (As on 01st January 2019)
Minimum Age – 18 Years
Maximum Age – 40 Years
Age Relaxation
As applicable under the Apprenticeship Act 1961.
SC/ST/OBC (of U.P. Domicile) – 5 years
Dependents of freedom fighters – 5 years
Ex-Servicemen who had served a minimum of 5 years in Armed forces of India (Completed Service years + 3 years ) – Maximum 15 years
Physically Handicapped Candidates (Disability Type: OA/OL/PB/PD) – 15 years
Note – If you are availing age relaxation, your maximum age should not exceed 55 years.
