For getting admission to B.Pharma course after passing 10+2 with PCMB stream, you will have to appear for CET or Common Entrance Test conducted for B.Pharma course.

You can also appear for state level entrance exam conducted for admission in medical courses in Pharma colleges.

Actually, NEET is conducted for admission in MBBS and BDS courses all over India by CBSE.
