Is fluent English speaking mandatory to do GP Rating course?


Respected Sir, I am planning to do GP Rating course. But I have heard that fluent English speaking is mandatory to do this course. Is it true? I have searched alot but couldn't get the proper information. So, I want to know about this asap.
