I want to know which exams should i appear after B.Tech (Biotechnology) for getting a government job.

If you have a B.Tech degree (Biotechnology) you are deserve for a best government job many government sector like Chemical deptt, and human resources deptt.

depends on ur course,u wanna opt for.

As a BTech biotechnology candidate you may get employed in various government-based universities and research institutes as research scientists or assistants.

You can also get good jobs in various goverment organisations & PSUs like pharmaceutical companies, agricultural, chemical and allied industries. You can find employment in the areas of production, planning and management of bioprocessing industries.

Apart from these you can also appear for following exams for getting a government job:
civil services exam
bank PO exams
railway recruitment board exams

See one thing that after passing B.Tech. in Biotechnology you go for master degree in the main stream.Besides this you may get jobs in Bank PO, Rail etc.

if i'll do my masters degree in the main stream of b.tech biotechnology , so in which areas i'll get job in india only as markets of india is not flourished in this field at all.

i am b.tech biotech student, so in which sub. i have to do masters( in main stream or in any another subject)

Biotechnology is involved with research and manufacturing. The candidates can find jobs in Agricultural enterprise, pharmaceutical company, food and chemical industry and even in bio-processing. Students who have completed B.Tech in Biotechnology can also find jobs in government firms as well as private research institutions etc. They can become Research scientist, quality control officer, lecturers and many others. Most of these jobs have excellent remuneration and also have good status in the society. An experienced person can earn more than Rs. 50000 every month. This is one of the highly paid fields in the job industry. Students who have completed B.Tech can also go for higher education and pursue M.Tech. This will have relatively more growth potential career wise.

After your B.Tech in biotechnology apply in Indian Engineering services ,IPS/IAS
and UPSC exam.
