sir my brother has got 2000 state ranking(in up) in aieee through OBC quota....kindly suggest me what all good colleges he can get(both govt. and private)......is there a chance of getting NIT college in up???

no,it's very hard he can get nit up through this state rank.
but i suggest you some private college you just go through it:
1>thapar university
2>nirma institute of technology
3>lovely professional college
4>bit mishra
