Half of my index finger is lost can join in India Air Force or Navy?

Please anyone help me out I have lost my half of index finger in accident. My aim was to join Indian Air Force or Indian Navy as a Pilot. Will I get any job in Air Force or Navy? I am going to do plastic surgery after that can I join?
