Is having a complete Graduate degree mandatory for applying PSC exams?
I am a BA final year student. Can I apply for Odisha Public Service Commission - OPSC examination before the last semester? Or, do I need to complete the entire BA degree and then apply?

••• Age must be within 21 years to 30 years and relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category candidates is available. |

1. There is cut off decided by commission before which you must have received your bachelor's degree. The minimum academic qualification is that candidate must have either completed bachelor's degree or studying in final year of bachelor's degree.
2. You can apply for Odisha Public Service Commission exam studying in final year of bachelor's degree. |
