Having diploma but in class 12 I have 52 percent in maths stream can get admission in jiit noida as a lateral entry to the 2nd year of btech

The admission to B.tech is based on the merit list by JIIT

Those who have scored 60 % marks in 12 with physics and maths as compulsary subject are eligible for admission.

The admission will be both entrance and merit based , they have to appear for JEE Mains , those who score 60% are eligible for admission.

Those who apply for entrance through JEE have to appear for councelling by university . Students will not be admitted through councelling under CBSE.

10% seats at JUIT Waknaghat will be reserved for students of Himachal Pradesh.

As you have got 52% in class 12 , there are less chances of you getting admission.

The eligibility criteria for Jaypee Institute of Information Technology BTech lateral entry are a candidate from BE/BTech field should have completed their first year of the course from a recognized university or institute with a minimum score of 60% in their 1st year.

The applicant should have cleared the 3 years diploma course in a related engineering stream after class 10th or 12th with a minimum score of 60% marks or 6 CGPA on the scale of 10 from AICTE approved/recognized State Technical Board/University. Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st October 1999 are eligible to apply for admission.
