If I want to opt for B.Sc in Stem Cell after 12th. So is it necessary to clear any entrance exam? Or it can also select the students on the basis of marks obtained in 12th board exams?

There is no graduation or post graduation course in stem cells. You would need to do B.sc in microbiology or M.sc in microbiology to further continue reasearch work on stem cells.
There are so many colleges offering direct admission to B.sc(microbiology) on the basis of marks obtained in 12th standard. However, there are many more which conduct their own entrance test.
