i am an electronics engineering student & i wan to become drm in indian railways so what process i have to follow?

how to get a job affter passing btech in it branch?

first you have to clear UPSC-ESE exam also known as engineering services exam with a very good rank i.e. under 100 to join indian railways, then based on rules after many promotions probably after 22 years of service you may become DRM in indian railways. Its a very prestigious post as only 60 DRM's are there in country.

I have passed my m.com. is there any relevant post in railways?

I am Rahul Manki hereby to tell you that for becoming a DRM you have to Crack world class UPSC exam.There are 24 services which are IAS (Indian Administrative Services), IPS (Indian Police Service), IFS (Indian Foreign Services) , IRS ( Indian Revenue Services) , IRTS ( Indian Railway Traffic Services).You have to opt IRTS as your first preference if you are passionate only to become DRM.If you get adequate score to fit for DRM,you will get this job.And for your information only 1362 cracked this exam all over India out of 5 lakh students.But still,where there is a will there is a way.
