Dear sir please guide how can I apply for d.o.b correction on 10th certificate punjab board?

For a correction in your date of birth, you will have to contact the institute where you enrolled for 10th examination. They will provide you a correction form, which you need to fill and authorize from your principal. After that you need to send the form along with the document supporting your date of birth to your state education board.
After verifying the details the board will issue a new certificate and send it to your institute which you can collect.
