°°° To get migration certificate, you need to apply to the the current University from where you have completed your MSc in optometry in 2014 along with the attached marksheet and provisional degree.

You can also register on the university's portal with your personal and educational details.

Once you have filled the application form along with uploading the documents and making the payment you will receive your migration certificate either in your college or at home address.
