How can I change my college from 3rd year being a BTech EEE 2nd year student?
Sir, I am presently studying in 2nd year of BTech course with EEE branch. I want to change my college from 3rd year. So, I would like to know how can I change my college from 3rd year onwards?

No,you can't change the college while in 3rd year. It may possible only for 1st year students only. Some universities will accept for changing college. But you have to pay the donation for which college you wan't to go.
