How can I get Transcript to immigrate in Canada if completed Diploma Mechanical from Indira Gandhi Institute, Sohna around 7 years ago?

Dear friends, I have done my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Indira Gandhi Institute, Sohna around 7 years ago. Now, I want to immigrate in Canada along with PR Visa. Immigration consultant has been followed me for transcript. How can I get transcript from there? It's very urgent so please help me in this matter.
