i want to go in ISRO. how I can go in it for research. is any exam for it?

There is no way you can joing ISRO after giving your class 12 board exam.


ISRO stands for Indian Space Research Organization.

A B.Tech student with 65% marks can apply to work in this organization.

Your minimum age should be minimum 35 years to apply for the ISRO entrance exam.

The proper syllabus of this examination is never given. But to gain some knowledge about the question pattern you can go through the papers attached.

Hi,

The full name of ISRO is Indian Space Research Organization.

ISRO is one of the biggest space research organization in India. It is also the second largest space research organization in world after NASA.

It intake students from science as well as engineering each year for various posts in ISRO. It conducts its own entrance exam for the selection of candidates.

Nowadays ISRO also considers the marks obtained in GATE exam for the recruitment eligibility. So candidates must appear GATE exam to get a clearance to ISRO.

ISRO conducts its own entrance exam which is also popularly known as SET Examination. SET exam is conducted every year on the first week of May.

Eligibility Criteria:-

1)- You should have completed your Graduation in science stream. You should have choose B.Sc/B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc course after 12th.

2)- You should have completed B.Tech/B.E. degree in any one of the following streams:-

Electronics and Communication Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Computer Science Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

3)- Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years.

4)- For OBC candidates age limit is 21 to 33 years and for SC/ST candidates age limit is 21 to 35 years.

5) You should have scored atleast 65% marks in B.Tech course.

Mode of Selection :

There are two parts .
1) Written exam
2) Interview

if I am in mechanical engineering and in its final year what is minimum age for me to go in ISRO?

I am doing BE Mechanical.. I have aggragate 60% till 3rd year n m in final year . if i score 65% in final year can i apply..??

is there any way for joining after completing diploma in electronics & communication .....
