Hi, I have completed my 12th Board exam from Commerce stream and I am from Chandigarh. Now, is it possible to join Chandigarh Police on the basis of Intermediate only at any designation like Constable etc.? If yes, then how should I proceed with this?

Whenever police department announces vacancy and issue an advertisement you can apply.

Take competitive exam and you may become a policeman by clearing it.

But if you wish to start as an officer complete your graduation first.

Keep preparing comman subjects during your graduation like general knowledge, mental ability, language etc. Keep yourself updated with current affairs.

Physical fitness is a must for a police officer so keep yourself fit.
