Still I am in 1st yr bcom ...how can I prepare for ips ...plz rply ....

IPS are recruited through Civil Service exam. Eligibility criteria for this exam is :

Age : 21 years (min) , 30 years (max)
Qualification : Graduate in any field

Since you are in first year, you have lot of time to prepare. But first you need to finish your graduation, you can do some preliminary preparation for the exam like reading newspaper regularly, monthly magazines on current affairs. At this time, just focus on these two, rest you can do once you complete your B.com.
