How can I quit from Engineering? Will I have to pay the whole fees to get original documents back?
I'm not interested in engineering. I got seat in Vasavi College of Engineering,Hyderabad. I'm from diploma , joined directly in 2nd year of BE(CSE). I got free seat in the college, the convener quota(govt pays my college fee). Do I need to pay the fee if I quit the college in 3rd year.??
