How can I reappear if failed in NCVT Draughtsman Civil exam around 13 years ago?


Hello everyone, I have attended NCVT Draughtsman Civil exam around 13 years ago. But unfortunately I failed in that exam and I haven't appeared yet. I want to attend exam in failed subject. So, I would like to know that how I can apply now?

If i fail in ncvt exam is their any chance to get ncvt certificate?

Can i reappear for iti theory exam after 24 years of failing the exam..? How can i apply for the exam?
