As you have completed your graduation hence you are eligible to apply for Bihar Public Service Commission.
To crack this exam you can join a coaching institute if you are interested. You need to keep yourself update with all Current Affairs and General Knowledge. Your basics should be clear. Your concept should be crystal clear. Read newspaper daily. Subscribe some magazine such as Pratiyogita Darpan, etc. |

For UPSC and PSC exams, first thing you need to do is to dedicate yourself to that exam completely because the competition is so high that even 1 mark will distance you from your dream.
So, to clear Bihar PSC- 1) First of all download its syllabus from the Bihar PSc site and choose your subjects. 2) Check the pattern of the exam. 3) Join a caching because they will help yu to make a right strategy for yourself. 4) Stare preparing with all the other things keeping on snooze(facebook, whatsapp etc) 5) Also, it has been seen that State PSC's may a times use the UPSC papers as a base to set their own papers. Sometimes even question also match. SO, do complete all UPSc previous year papers. 6) Do something different from rest of the candidates. Stay up to date from current affairs. Since it is a state PSC, never miss any news in which Bihar is included. 7) Lastly, read qualified students success stories and try to contact any of them. They will provide you the solutions of the problems you will face during your preparation. |
