To pursue Diploma in Engineering degree course of two years through lateral entry, you are required to have completed your Class 12th in science stream with PCM group from a recognized board of education.

One, can also go for regular three year diploma in engineering degree course on the basis of Class 10th education.

So, being a B.Com graduate, you can pursue three year Diploma in Civil Engineering on the basis of your matriculation studies and even two year Diploma in Civil Engineering degree course if you have completed your Class 12th in Science stream.
