I want to change my d.o.b in 10th certificate. My birth date is 08/03/1998. And in 10th certificate it is 09/03/1996.i have all valid proof like birth certificate,pan card,adhar card. I have completed my 10th in 2012.and now is it possible? And what is the process.

For the following you will have to contact your board and write them an application for the following
You may have to provide some proof like birth certificate other documents that are valid in the country like passport ,addhar card
You may also have to submit a written application in the news paper if required
