How to change the name in UGC?
My name is SHAHIDHA J but wrongly display in UGC SHAHITHA J please say how can I change the corrected name?

Please send an email to UGC to send you the affidavit form. Fill the form and mention name correction in the UGC certificate. Submit all the supporting documents and submit their fees for name correction.

The correction in the certificate can be done with the help of UGC.
You need to write to UGC for the same. Ask UGC to send yu affidavit format for the name correction in UGC certificate. Send them the correct name of the proper proof. There may be some charges applicable. You have to contact UGC officials for the name correction. |
