I Bikramaditya Panigrahy have completed B.E. in civil Engineering in the year 2006 through distance education. is it valid or not?

Vinayaka Mission University (VMU) is very well known university. This university is recognised by UGC (University Grants Commission) under section 3 and accredited by NAAC (National Assessment & Accreditation Council).
So, VMU is a genuine university and after completing any course from VMU you can go for higher studies in India or abroad.
