How to do CS after completing PGDBM?
Dear, I am LL.B(3 yrs) and PGDBM. (1 yrs) completed, and for 8 yrs working in finance industery, now I want to do CS, please sugest me where which course i take registration, and whats the carrier growth.

To enrol in the Company Secretary Course, you have to meet the below eligibilty criteria
This course is done : >> Foundation >> Executive >> Professional You can take direct admission in the Executive stage. Eligibilty is Graduation Pass or Foundation course pass of the ICSI There are 6 papers that you have to give in the ICSI executive level >> General and Commercial Laws >> Company Accounts, cost and management accounting >> Tax Laws >> Company Laws >> Economic and Labour Laws >> Securities Laws and Compliances Exemtion from the above papers: General and Commercial Laws -if you have passed your LLB with more than 50% marks Company Accounts, cost and management accounting- If you have studied this paper in either BCOM/MCOM/MBA and have scored more than 50% marks in this paper |
