To enrol in the Company Secretary Course, you have to meet the below eligibilty criteria

This course is done :
>> Foundation
>> Executive
>> Professional

You can take direct admission in the Executive stage.
Eligibilty is Graduation Pass or Foundation course pass of the ICSI

There are 6 papers that you have to give in the ICSI executive level

>> General and Commercial Laws
>> Company Accounts, cost and management accounting
>> Tax Laws
>> Company Laws
>> Economic and Labour Laws
>> Securities Laws and Compliances

Exemtion from the above papers:

General and Commercial Laws -if you have passed your LLB with more than 50% marks

Company Accounts, cost and management accounting- If you have studied this paper in either BCOM/MCOM/MBA and have scored more than 50% marks in this paper
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
